Customized Dive, Snorkel and Boat Trips
Shellback Ocean operates diving, snorkeling and boat trips aboard the POLLYWOG. Whether you want to head offshore and dive, snorkel around the sound or conduct research, we can accommodate you. Our vessel can take a maximum of 6 guests. We are fully licensed and insured.

Diving
Tell us what you have in mind and we’ll do our best to make it happen. Our staff are USCG licensed captains, PADI Instructors and Divemasters and have the local knowledge to show you a good time. We dive all the local reefs and make decisions based on weather and visibility. If there is a site you want to see let us know, if it is a possibility we’ll get you there.
Divers must hold at least an open water certification from a recognized agency.
2 tank dive to local reef (approx 1/2 day) $90 per person, or $450 for private charter
Trips further out may be subject to additional cost
Can you bring the kids?
We like kids and think it is important to share time with them. If there is room on the boat kids can ride along for free. We will teach them how to sit surface support. This is also weather dependent, we don’t want the little guys getting beat up out there.
Snorkeling and Eco Trips
Charter our vessel with a US Coast Guard licensed captain. We can take you snorkeling in local mangroves and seagrass beds, on secluded beaches, for island picnics or to a great waterfront restaurant.
If you are into learning about our marine environment, great—because so are we. Our marine conservation biologist has years of worldwide field experience in tropical marine ecology and REALLY enjoys the subject. Bring the kids, there is lots to learn and see.
1/2 day (up to 6 guests): $350
Full day (up to 6 guests): $550
After your day on the water you can walk over to one of Ozona’s famous restaurants and bars to unwind and enjoy the Florida lifestyle. Within walking distance from our slip are Ozona Blue, Molly Goodheads and The Ozona Pig. Or if you prefer we’ll give you a lift in our golfcart, Ozona style!
-Our vessel is located in a private marina in Ozona, Florida
-We provide a large cooler full of ice, drinking water, and post dive beers and sodas.
