Shellback Ocean Dive Charters strives to create a fun, laid back, and safe atmosphere while offering unmatched professionalism. We grew up on the Gulf of Mexico and love to share our passion for the West Coast of Florida.
We rent high quality gear for a small fee to those divers who have yet to purchase their own. Be assured that our BCD’s and regulators are new and maintained to the highest level. We understand that new divers do not need the stress of old and worn out gear, we promise our gear will not disappoint. Tanks and weights are included with the charter.
POLLYWOG is a Mako 28.5 with twin outboard power. She is equipped with all required safety gear as well as oxygen and a large boarding ladder for exiting the water. She provides plenty of shade and has comfortable seating. Pollywog is equipped with an electric head, freshwater shower, and large coolers for your snacks. As always Shellback provides complimentary water and soft drinks to enjoy the ride home just a little more. 
We run dive trips out of Ozona, in Palm Harbor, Florida. Join us aboard our Mako 28.5, POLLYWOG, and dive one of the many reefs and wrecks in the Gulf waters of Pinellas County. Whether you want to complete a training dive, practice your underwater photography, or join us for a research dive we can customize the trip to meet your needs. We are no cattle operation, come get comfortable and enjoy a relaxing day of diving.
